Cancellation Policy:

• Refundable: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the booking date will be eligible for a full refund.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

• Security Deposit:

• A deposit of 500 AED must be paid to the farm owner via bank transfer. The security deposit will be refunded by the owner after confirming the condition of the property and adherence to the agreed-upon policies.

• Owner’s Rules:

• Lighting fire or charcoal is allowed only in designated areas.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or the lounge.

• The owner assumes no responsibility for any drowning incidents.

• The rest area must be used in accordance with Islamic guidelines and public decorum.

• The tenant is responsible for any violations.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the rest area is mandatory.

• The owner is not responsible for any lost belongings of the tenant.

• Horse riding is allowed for one hour in the evening with the presence of a specialized handler.

• Avoid causing disturbance or annoyance to the neighbors.

• Bringing cages, bird pens, or animals is strictly prohibited.

The security deposit refund is contingent upon:

1. Not damaging the trees.

2. Avoiding eating or disposing of waste in the pool or using financial tools improperly.

3. Avoiding damage to the contents of the rest area, such as TVs, chairs, beds, or soiling furniture due to food spills.
