Cancelation Policy:

The reservation can not be cancelled after confirmation. The amount is non refundable.

Insurance:

There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

● Parties and Events allowed against additional cost

● Alcohol Not allowed

● Smoking is prohibited inside farm building like rooms, Lounges and toilets. Smoking is allowed in the designated area only , otherwise full insurance deposit amount will be withheld.

● Fire works is not allowed

● Pet animals allowed

● Maintain the cleanliness of the farm and place waste in the designated area.

● If the farm is handed over in unclean condition, an amount of 200 dirhams will be deducted.

● In case of any damage to the farm, the customer is responsible for the cost of the damages and will be deducted from insurance deposit.

●It is strictly not allowed to pick flowers and fruits on the farm.
