The reservation can not be cancelled after confirmation. The amount is non refundable.

Insurance:

There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner within 24 Hours after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

• Children are not allowed to enter the swimming pool without a guardian.

• Entering the pool without safety gear (life-saving equipment) is strictly prohibited.

• The booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• The renter does not bear full responsibility in cases of damage, loss, or drowning incidents.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the building. The security deposit will be deducted in case of violation.

• If the place is returned not clean, an amount of AED 200 will be deducted.

• Using fireworks, spray cans, foam spray or similar items during parties is strictly prohibited. The security deposit will be deducted in case of violation.
