Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is cancelled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date, the reservation amount will be fully refundable.

If a reservation is cancelled 15 days or less before the check-in date, the reservation amount will not be refundable.

Insurance:

There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

● Family and single allowed.

● Maximum allowed people is 15 . an additional charge of 150 AED will be applied for each extra person.

Maximum allowed people during offer time is 10.an additional charge of 150 AED will be applied for each extra person.

● Person identification to be handed over to the front office.

● Maintain the cleanliness of the farm and hand it over clean and on its original condition, otherwise amount of 300 AED will be deducted from insurance.

● In case that the furniture or any equipment are destroyed, There full price will be deducted as the sheet price of the equipment.

● Maintaining personal belongings is the responsibility of the guests and the management of the farm is not responsible for their loss.

● please adhere to check in and check out timings.

● Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farm building. smoking is allowed at the designated area outside the farm building only, otherwise the full insurance will be deducted.

● It is not allowed to bring or have drugs.
