Cancelation Policy:

Free cancelation 7 days before check in date 

If a reservation is cancelled  less than 7 days before the check-in date, the reservation amount will not be refundable.

Security Deposit (Refundable):

There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

● Families and Singles Only.

● Parties and Events are not allowed.

● It is prohibited to eat or leave food residues in the swimming pool. 

●Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all the rooms. You can smoke outside and throw your cigarette remains in the recycle bin.

● Adherence to check-in and check-out times.

● Compliance with delivering the farm clean and ensuring the safety of all its       facilities.

● Please turn off the AC and close all doors before leaving the house.

● When making BBQ or smoking sheesha outside, please keep your charcoal contained and throw them in the remaining charcoal in the recycle bin or you can keep it in the BBQ ring and we will remove it later.

● When playing music by the pool, please make sure it is not noisy for the neighbors.

● Pets are allowed in the chalet premises except bedrooms.

● Please put the towels where they were or in the toilets after using.

● You are welcome to use our kitchen equipment and gas grill as long as you will clean them after use

● please note that penalty will apply in case of breaking the house rules.
