Cancellation Policy:
• Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
• The booking can only be modified twice.
• However, any modification must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled check-in date.
Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.
• For events and special occasions, the security deposit is AED 3,000.
Owner's Rules:
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and return it in the same condition as received.
• Please do not throw waste, garbage, or any objects into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm premises.
• Wedding and engagement parties are available for an additional charge.
• Furniture must not be moved from its designated location.
• Smoking inside the chalet/rest area is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. If any alcoholic drinks are found, a fine of AED 1,000 will be imposed and guests will be required to leave the property.
• Guests are welcome to enjoy music inside rooms and enclosed areas; however, music is not permitted outdoors.
