Cancellation Policy:

• Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

• However, the booking date may be changed if requested at least one week before the check-in date.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of AED 500 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.

Owner's Rules:

• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and leave it in the same condition as received.

• Please do not throw waste, garbage, or any objects into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm premises.

• Wedding and engagement parties are available for an additional charge.

• Furniture must not be moved from its designated location.

• Smoking inside the chalet/rest area is strictly prohibited.

• In the event of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Pets are allowed outside the farm premises only.

• Alcohol is permitted outside the farm premises only.

• Please do not leave doors open while the air conditioning is running.
