• Security deposit of 1000 AED must be paid upon arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure after verifying that the property is in good condition and that all agreed policies have been followed

• The villa is not responsible for any accidents that occur to residents.

• Adherence to arrival and departure times is required.

• Events are allowed against additional cost ( Marriage- Engagement)

• Alcohol allowed.

• Pets allowed (strictly upon prior request and approval)

• Smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas only (Non-smoking indoors)

• Loud music is not allowed
