Security Deposit:

• An insurance deposit of 1000 AED must be paid upon arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure after verifying that the property is in good condition and that all agreed policies have been followed

Owner Rules:

1. Please respect the farm’s regulations, traditions, and morals and shall bear full responsibility for any violations.

2. please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and dispose of waste only in designated areas.

3. The tenant shall be liable for any damage caused during the rental period.

4. The tenant is not allowed to light fires in undesignated places.

5. Please do not remove any contents from the farm during the rental period.

6. Any damages or losses shall be repaired or compensated by the tenant.

7. The tenant must adhere to the agreed number of guests.

8. The owner is not responsible for any drowning incidents or their consequences in the pool or otherwise (May God forbid).

9. The owner bears no responsibility for any lost items belonging to the tenant.

10. Smoking is prohibited inside the halls and majlis.

11. Cutting trees and flowers is strictly prohibited
