Cancellation Policy:
• After booking confirmation and full payment, no refunds will be issued.
• The booking can be modified only twice.
• However, any changes must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled check-in date.
Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.
• For events and special occasions, the security deposit is AED 3,000.
Owner’s Rules:
• Please keep the farm clean and return it in the same condition as received.
• Please do not throw waste or garbage into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm.
• Weddings and engagement parties are allowed with an additional fee.
• Furniture must not be moved from its designated place.
• Smoking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage or breakage will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited. If any alcoholic beverages are found, a fine of AED 1,000 will be applied and guests will be asked to leave the property.
• Guests are allowed to enjoy music inside rooms and enclosed areas only; outdoor music is not permitted.
