Cancellation Policy:
• The paid amount is non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your booking based on our available dates.
• A 50% refund of the booking amount is available if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.
Owner's Rules:
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and leave it in the same condition as received.
• Please do not throw waste, garbage, or any objects into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm premises.
• Wedding and engagement parties are available for an additional charge.
• Music is allowed inside rooms and enclosed areas only; outdoor music is not permitted.
• Furniture must not be moved from its designated location.
• Smoking inside the chalet/rest area is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
