Cancelation policy:

The booking is non refundable but Guest can change reservation date free of charge subject to availability.

Security deposit

There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded  after check out by five hours by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

• Guests are required to maintain the cleanliness of the villa and all its facilities throughout the stay.

• Alcohol not allowed

• Smoking inside villa in not allowed

• Littering inside the villa or in the garden is strictly prohibited; waste must be disposed of in designated areas only.

• Moving or rearranging furniture is not allowed without prior approval from the management.

• Proper and careful use of electrical appliances, the kitchen, swimming pool, and children’s play areas is required.

• Writing, drawing on walls, or attaching decorations, balloons, or any materials using adhesives or nails is strictly prohibited.

• Parking is allowed only in the designated external parking areas of the villa.

• Blocking public roads, entrances, or neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.

• Vehicles are not allowed inside the villa premises for safety reasons.

• In case of any violation of the above rules, the management reserves the right to deduct part or all of the security deposit depending on the extent of the damage.

• These rules are in place to ensure guests’ comfort and to preserve the property for everyone.

• For wedding or large event bookings, prior coordination and communication with the villa management is required before confirming the reservation, in order to agree on all arrangements and event-related requirements.
