Cancellation Policy:
• After the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no refund will be issued.
• If the booking is cancelled one week before the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled two weeks before the check-in date, the full amount will be refunded.
Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.
Owner's Rules:
• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and leave it in the same condition as received.
• Please do not throw waste, garbage, or any objects into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm premises.
• Wedding and engagement parties are allowed for an additional charge.
• Furniture must not be moved from its designated location.
• Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Pets are allowed.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Horses must not be fed unless the farm worker is present.
• Please do not leave doors open while the air conditioning is running.
