If the booking is cancelled less than 5 days prior to the check-in date, the full amount paid will be non-refundable.

Insurance:

There is 500 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

• Any damages to the property may result in deductions determined by the company without the need to provide invoices.

• The villa is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the occupants.

• No food or drink is allowed in the swimming pool.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed in villa buildings such as rooms, lounges, etc.

• Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.

• Guests must ensure the villa is returned clean and all facilities are in good condition.
