Cancelation policy:

Payment is non refundable. we can change the booking dates subject to availability.

Insurance :

There is 500 Dirham to be paid to chalet owner . The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner's Rules:

•  Throw waste in designated places (garbage)

•  Adhere to the specified entry and exit times (if you do not leave at the same time, the insurance amount will be deducted)

•  Do not vandalize or break the place (preserve the place for everyone who comes after you)

•  It is strictly forbidden to bring animals, plastic firecrackers, alcoholic beverages, smoking and shisha inside and outside the resort

•  The full insurance amount will be deducted if you disturb the neighbors with loud music

•  We are not responsible for the loss of your private property, so please preserve your property

•  Please be careful and beware of children being near the swimming pool without supervision

•  The owner disclaims all responsibility in the event of drowning, God forbid

•  We must be informed of the number of guests coming to the rest house

•  Shower before entering the swimming pool and do not apply hair creams or oils and all types of shampoo and soap and do not throw dirt and stones in it

•  Regarding holding parties, you must coordinate with us in advance in terms of number and occasion

•  The rent and insurance must be paid before entering the rest house

•  In the event of violating the agreed laws and regulations, the insurance amount will be deducted
