• Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation
• Insurance:
• There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.
Owner Rules:
• You must inform us about the number of guests arriving for the stay.
• Parties and events against additional cost( Birthday-wedding-engagement....)
• Very loud noise is strictly prohibited within the premises, and noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.Please maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash in the garbage bins.
• Smoking and shisha outside the villa, as well as the use of fireworks and firecrackers, are strictly prohibited.
• Showering before entering the swimming pool is required. Do not apply oils, creams, or shampoos, and avoid throwing waste, rocks, or dirt into the pool.
• Parties must be coordinated in advance with the owner regarding the number of attendees and appropriate arrangements.
• A security deposit must be paid in advance, amounting to AED 1000. The checkout time is at 12:00 PM, as agreed upon.
• The security deposit and rent must be paid before entering the premises for the stay.
• In the event of any violation of the rules and agreed regulations, the security deposit will be deducted
