Cancellation Policy:
•If the reservation is canceled 15 days or less before the check-in date, the amount paid for the booking will be non-refundable.
Insurance:
•A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the owner of the farmhouse upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the place is in good condition and all agreed-upon policies have been followed.
Owner’s Instructions:
1.The security deposit must be paid to the designated employee before entering the property.
2.Dispose of waste in the designated areas (trash bins) and do not throw it in the farmhouse yard. Keep the property clean.
3.Do not light charcoal or use barbecue grills inside the rooms or in the room corridors.
4.Do not throw debris into the swimming pool or use soap, as this could damage the pool water. The renter will bear the cost of replacing it.
5.Adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times. In case of delay, the renter will be charged AED 100 for each hour.
6.The use of motorcycles inside the property is strictly prohibited.
7.The use of soapy toys, water games, and inflatable toys is not allowed unless prior written consent is obtained from the lessor (the renter will bear all consequences).
8.Supervise children and ensure they do not approach the swimming pools without adult supervision. Exercise caution at all times.
9.Comply with the swimming pool rules posted beside the pool. Please note that the pool depth is 1.60 meters.
10.The renter is responsible for any damage to the contents of the property, which will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit amount,
11.If the renter refuses to settle as per clause (10), the lessor may repair the damage and demand the renter to cover the invoice costs through legal means.
12.The renter bears full legal responsibility in the event of any accident or injury caused by them, a family member, or any other person present during the rental period.
13.Islamic lectures, seminars, and activities are not allowed without authorization from the relevant authorities.
14.Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the rooms and avoid rearranging the furniture.
15.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms.
16.Use the farmhouse in accordance with guidelines and general public decency.
17.In all cases, the signatory of the contract is responsible for all legal obligations and liabilities concerning the terms and conditions of this contract and its consequences.
