For cancellations made more than 7 days before the reservation date, guests may change their booking to any other available date free of charge subject to availability.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date, the booking is non-refundable. However, if the reservation is rebooked by another guest, we will offer the option to change the reservation to another available date subject to availability.
Insurance:
A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the owner of the farmhouse upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the place is in good condition and all agreed-upon policies have been followed.

● Parties and Events allowed against additional cost.
● It is prohibited to eat or leave food residues in the swimming pool.
●Smoking is allowed outdoor at the designated area only. Smoking is prohibited in farm buildings such as rooms, lounges, and others.
● Adherence to check-in and check-out times.
● Compliance with delivering the farm clean and ensuring the safety of all its facilities.
● Please adhere to check out time and return farm it its original condition.
