Cancellation Policy:

• After the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least one week before the booking date.

• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the reservation date, 50% of the total amount will be deducted.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of AED 500 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The amount will be refunded two hours after checkout, once the property is inspected and compliance with the agreed policies is confirmed.

Owner’s Rules:

• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm as it was received.

• Please do not throw violations, waste, or garbage into the swimming pool or anywhere inside the farm.

• Wedding and engagement parties are allowed at an additional cost.

• Kindly note that moving furniture from its designated place is not permitted.

• Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited.

• In case of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Pets are not allowed.
