• Cancellation Policy:
• The booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation

• Security Deposit:
• A deposit of 1,000 AED is to be paid to the property owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property and ensuring compliance with all agreed policies.

• Owner Rules:
• Please keep the farm clean as it was received.
• Please do not throw any waste, trash, or debris in the swimming pool or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking is allowed outside villa building only . 
• In case of any damage or breakage to the property, the repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please keep music volume low near the pool area out of respect for neighbors.
• Moving furniture is not allowed, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
