• A deposit of 500 AED must be paid to the farm owner upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded by the owner after confirming the condition of the property and adherence to the agreed-upon policies.

• The Chalet is not responsible for any accidents involving residents (children are the responsibility of their guardians).

• Parties and events are not allowed

• Late check-out will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

• No food or food remnants are allowed in the swimming pool.

• Smoking of is permitted outside only.

• Adhere to check-in and check-out times.

• Return the chalet in a clean condition, ensuring all facilities are intact.
