•A security deposit of AED 500 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.

• Owner's Rules:

• Please keep the farm clean and leave it in the same condition as you found it.

• Please do not throw waste or garbage into the swimming pool or anywhere inside the farm.

• furniture must not be moved from its place.

• Smoking inside the chalet/rest area is strictly prohibited.

• Parties and events are allowed for an extra charge.

• If any property is damaged or broken, the cost of the damage will be taken from the security deposit.

• Pets are allowed.

• Alcohol is not allowed.
