Cancellation Policy

If the booking is canceled 14 days or more before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued.

You can also reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date, but please make sure to notify us in advance.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of AED 1000 is required and will be refunded after the stay, subject to inspection and confirmation of no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
In case of any damages or breach of agreement, the landlord has the right to deduct the repair costs from the deposit.

House Rules

Guests must maintain the villa and its facilities in good condition and avoid causing any damage.
Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Parties are allowed only with prior notice and must be booked as an event.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Any additional guests must be reported in advance and will incur extra charges.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the swimming pool without adult supervision. The landlord is not responsible for any injuries resulting from misuse.
