Security Deposit: A deposit of 1000 AED must be paid via bank transfer or payment link before entering the villa. The deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after the owner verifies the condition of the property and compliance with agreed-upon policies.

• The villa is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the occupants.

• No food or drink is allowed in the swimming pool.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed in villa buildings such as rooms, lounges, etc.

• Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.

• Guests must ensure the villa is returned clean and all facilities are in good condition.
