Cancelation Policy:

Official Holiday and Vacation Bookings: No refund is provided under any circumstances, and cancellations are not accepted.

Weekday Bookings: Cancellations can be made up to 5 days in advance, or the booking can be changed to another available day of equal or higher value, with a 3% deduction from the booking amount.

Weekend Bookings: Cancellations are only allowed up to one week in advance, with a 3% deduction from the booking amount. Date changes are permitted based on season or availability, provided the new booking is of equal or higher value.

Insurance:

Security Deposit: A deposit of 1000 AED must be paid via bank transfer before entering the farm. The deposit will be refunded within 2 to 3 days after the owner verifies the condition of the property and compliance with agreed-upon policies.

Owner's Rules:

• For families and Singles.

• Day-use is available only on weekdays and not on weekends.

• Any additional guests without prior notification and approval will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.

• Any damages to the property may result in deductions determined by the company without the need to provide invoices.

• The farm is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the occupants.

• No food or drink is allowed in the swimming pool.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is not allowed in farm buildings such as rooms, lounges, etc.

• Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.

• Guests must ensure the farm is returned clean and all facilities are in good condition.

• Guests must follow the check-out time and return the farm to its original state.

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
