Cancellation Policy:
The paid amount is non-refundable. 

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of 1000 AED must be paid via bank transfer or payment link before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within two working days after the owner inspects the property and confirms compliance with the agreed policies.

Owner’s Rules:
• For families and individuals\
• Any damages to the property may result in deductions determined by the company without the need to provide invoices.
• Eating or drinking in the swimming pool is not allowed.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the farm buildings (rooms or halls) is not allowed.
• Guests must adhere to check-in and check-out times.
• Guests must ensure the farm is returned in a clean condition and that all facilities are in good condition.
• Guests must comply with the check-out time and return the farm to its original condition.
• Pets are not allowed.
