The booking is non refundable but booking can be rescheduled to any other date subject to availability.

Security Deposit:

• An insurance deposit of 1000 AED must be paid upon arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure after verifying that the property is in good condition and that all agreed policies have been followed

• The farm is not responsible for any accidents that occur to residents.

• Adherence to arrival and departure times is required.

• The farm must be returned clean, and all facilities must be maintained safely.

• Events are allowed against additional cost ( Marriage- Engagement)

• Alcohol is not allowed.
