This villa is located in Dubai. It features an open bedroom that leads to a spacious living area overlooking a private, distinctive swimming pool. The pool has a depth of approximately 1.4 meters and dimensions of 4x6 meters, along with a jacuzzi. Equipped with a cooling and heating system, the pool offers year-round enjoyment for swimming and relaxation.

• The villa accommodates two guests, with the option to add an extra bed upon   request, allowing a maximum capacity of three guests.

• For gatherings, the villa can host up to six guests.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM the following day.

Cancelation Policy: 

If reservation is  canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the

reservation will be charged

• Insurance:

There is 500 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

Owner Rules:

• Loud parties are strictly prohibited

• Parents are fully responsible for the children

• If any facilities are damaged or lost it will be calculated and deducted from insurance

• and the balance should be paid with in 24 hours.

• We are not responsible for the loss of private property. Please protect your property.

• Check in: Villa 1 ( 03:00 pm) 

• Check out: next day Villa 1 (12:00 pm)

• If you check out after the time mentioned above, the security deposit will be charged

• plus an additional fee of 20% per hour

• Insurance amount of 500 AED will be refundable if the facilities and all available

• supplies are not damaged or lost.

• Mini bar used will be chargeable from the insurance amount
