The reservation is non refundable once booking is confirmed.
Insurance:
There is 1000 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

•The time for check in is at 1500 Hrs and check out time is 1200 Hrs.
•The villa can accommodate 9 persons (No extra persons allowed).
•Two car park only are included with each villa.
•Hosting parties, events and of loud speakers is prohibited.
•Alcoholic drinks and smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
•Littering inside and outside the villa is prohibited.
•Food,drinks,and using of cleaning products in the pool is prohibited.
•The main guest is responsible for the safety of his companions while using the pool with no liability for the work team.
•All companions are the responsibility of the main guest , and the guest is responsible for any damage occur to villa during the stay.
•Dear Guest, any violation of the T&C will result in a legal action and financial penalty of 1000 AED.
