Cancellation Policy:

• If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, the booking is non-refundable.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of AED 1,000 must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after check-out once the property has been been inspected and compliance with the agreed policies has been confirmed.

Owner's Rules:

• Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm and leave it in the same condition as received.

• Please do not throw waste, garbage, or any objects into the swimming pool or anywhere on the farm premises.

• Furniture must not be moved from its designated location.

• Smoking inside the chalet/rest area is strictly prohibited.

• Parties and special events are allowed for an additional charge.

• In the event of any damage or breakage to the property, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Alcohol is not permitted.
