Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

• Security Deposit:

A security deposit of 500 AED must be paid to the farm owner upon arrival. The amount will be refunded after ensuring the safety of the property and compliance with the agreed terms and policies.

• Owner Rules:

o Please maintain the cleanliness of the farm as it was received.

o Please do not throw any waste, trash, or prohibited items into the swimming pool or anywhere on the property.

o Wedding and engagement parties are allowed for an additional charge.

o Moving furniture from its designated place is not allowed.

o Smoking indoor is strictly prohibited.

o In case of any damage or breakage to the property, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
