• An insurance deposit of 1000 AED must be paid upon arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure after verifying that the property is in good condition and that all agreed policies have been followed.

Owner's Rules:

• The farm is for families only.

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited.

• The farm is not responsible for any accidents that occur to residents.

• Smoking inside buildings such as the lounge, rooms, etc., is prohibited.

• Adherence to arrival and departure times is required.

• The farm must be returned clean, and all facilities must be maintained safely.

• The use of sprays, and fireworks is prohibited.

• Picking flowers and fruits from the farm is not allowed.
