Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within less than 5 days from the reservation date: No refund will be issued.

Security Deposit:

A deposit of 1,000 AED must be paid to the farm owner upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded by the owner after confirming the condition of the property and adherence to the agreed-upon policies.

For special events, the security deposit amount will be assessed with the owner.

Owner’s Rules:

For families and individuals only.

The farm is not responsible for any accidents involving residents (children are the responsibility of their guardians).

Parties and events are allowed for an additional fee.

Late check-out will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

No food or food remnants are allowed in the swimming pool.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted.

Adhere to check-in and check-out times.

Return the farm in a clean condition, ensuring all facilities are intact.

Please respect the check-out time and restore the property to its original condition.

If damages to the retreat exceed the agreed-upon security deposit amount, the renter is required to pay the difference to cover all costs, avoiding any legal action.

Pets are not allowed inside any of the buildings.

Do not leave children unsupervised in the swimming pool.

Please use the furniture and electronic devices carefully. In case of damage due to misuse, the renter will bear the repair costs.
