Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days prior to the check-in date.

• Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in, a fee of 500 will be deducted from the total booking amount.

• Insurance:

• There is 500 Dirham to be paid to farm owner upon arrival. The Insurance amount will be refunded by the owner after ensuring the safety of the venue and the implementation of the agreed policies.

• Owner Rules:

● Families and Singles.

● A fee of 100 AED will be charged for each additional hour beyond the designated check-out time.

● The farm is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the residents.

● Parties and Events allowed against additional cost.

● It is prohibited to eat or leave food residues in the swimming pool.

●Smoking is allowed outdoor at the designated area only. Smoking is prohibited in farm buildings such as rooms, lounges, and others.

● Adherence to check-in and check-out times.

● Compliance with delivering the farm clean and ensuring the safety of all its facilities.

● Please adhere to check out time and return farm it its original condition.
