• A deposit of 500 AED must be paid to the owner upon check-in. The security deposit will be refunded by the owner after confirming the condition of the property and adherence to the agreed-upon policies.

• Owner’s Rules:

• Lighting fire or charcoal is allowed only in designated areas.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the rest area is mandatory.

• The owner is not responsible for any lost belongings of the tenant.

•Avoiding damage to the contents of the rest area, such as TVs, chairs, beds, or soiling furniture due to food spills.

• Avoid eating and drinking inside the caravan .

• Firewood will be upon request with additional cost.

• Tank is filled once any refilling will be with additional cost.
