Cancellation Policy:
• Refundable: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the
booking date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours
before the booking date are non-refundable.

• A deposit of 500 AED must be paid to the owner upon
check-in. The security deposit will be refunded by the owner after confirming
the condition of the property and adherence to the agreed-upon policies.
• Owner’s Rules:
• Lighting fire or charcoal is allowed only in designated
areas.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
• It is prohibited to light fires on the carpets.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the rest area is mandatory.
• The owner is not responsible for any lost belongings of
the tenant.
•Avoiding damage to the contents of the rest area, such
as chairs, beds, or soiling furniture due to food spills.
